Recruitment Resource Hub

VOICES Ambassadors are pillars and trusted voices in their communities who are passionate about the health of Black women. Ambassadors support VOICES engagement in their community by sharing the study through personal outreach, representing VOICES at local events, mobilizing their networks on social media, and working with the VOICES Study Team to identify additional opportunities to share VOICES.

This resource page will equip you with approved recruitment and marketing materials for VOICES outreach. These materials have been approved by the study’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), which reviews and approves all recruitment materials to help protect research participants. These recruitment materials must not be edited and no additional materials may be created.

The Power of Your Voice

The most powerful way to amplify VOICES of Black Women is to share the study with one person you know personally. Our formative research has shown that individuals who feel personally connected to studies like this are the most likely to continue engaging with this research over time. So we are calling upon you as a trusted member of your community.

Facebook Group (Private)

Join the private VOICES Ambassador Facebook group to get timely updates, connect with other Ambassadors, and share your VOICES outreach efforts.

Marketing Materials

Print and marketing materials can be shipped to an Ambassador by emailing a request to VO****************@****er.org. Please note that we have a limited number of some marketing materials and we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Include your name, state of residence, headshot, and mailing address in your request.

VOICES Pens or Buttons

Each Ambassador may request a one-time shipment of either 50 pens or 50 buttons for use at events. Include a short description of your event and mailing address in your request. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping.

Table Top Sign

Each Ambassador may request one 12”x10” thick plastic pedestal sign. Include your mailing address in your request. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping.
